Eligibility for Exchange
- Customers must contact us within three (3) days of receiving their parcel to request an exchange.
- If no contact is made within this timeframe, the exchange request will not be processed.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process

Approval & Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.

Return & Inspection: Send the item back to us for inspection. Once received, our team will verify the condition of the item.

Exchange Dispatch: If the item meets our exchange criteria, we will process and dispatch your exchanged product.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or store credit.
- We do not offer cash refunds for exchanges.
