1. Where do you ship from?
We dispatch all our orders from our Karachi warehouse located in North Karachi.
2. What are your shipping options?
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Free Delivery: Trax/Rider (Tracked, 4-6 working days)
Express Delivery: TCS Express (Tracked, 1-4 working days) - cost available at checkout.
International Shipping:
Standard Delivery: CityMail/SNWWE (Tracked, 5-10 working days) - cost available at checkout.
Note: International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance and distance.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on the courierβs website to track your shipment.
4. What happens if my package is not delivered?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local courier office. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the courier.
5. What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs, including shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
7. How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and various online payment methods. Payment details are provided at checkout.
